Coming To The Table offers monthly national Zoom gatherings focused on mindfulness and meditation as tools for centering ourselves and healing. These gatherings are designed for everyone - those interested in learning to meditate, and those who already have an ongoing practice. Registration by a couple of days prior to each meditation is very helpful, but registration is open until the day of the meditation.
We begin with a brief check-in by participants and then the guided meditation, and just the meditation is recorded and uploaded to the CTTT website here. The meditation portion usually takes from 15-25 minutes. That is followed by sharing about our experiences during the meditation, if desired, using circle process.CLICK HERE FOR REGISTRATION
